Everybody will panic if their phone is missing. this is because nowadays phone is an important things that complete our live. without it you can not live right?
So here we provide you on how to live without You smart phone.
According to Purpleslimestack, Levoskin123, Frostmaker84, Chris there are 9 steps you should follow. The steps are:
1. Stop using the extra features of your cell phone.
Activities such as instant messaging or text messaging, email, and browsing the Internet are extra features that you can stop using on your cell phone and perform elsewhere, such as on a computer.
2. Use your cell phone to make phone calls when needed.
For example, use the phone to make doctor's or business appointments, or use the phone to make plans with friends and family to spend time with them in person.
3. Wean yourself off your cell phone.
By gradually reducing the amount of time you spend on your cell phone, the sooner you may be able to acclimate to life without a cell phone.
Begin by turning off your cell phone, or putting it aside for 1 or 2 days at a time, then gradually increase time spent away from your cell phone to a few weeks, then months, and so on.
4. Establish a back-up plan for emergencies.
There are several ways to make telephone calls or connect with others without a cell phone; such as using a landline telephone from your home or office, or using digital phone service on the Internet.
Keep a cell phone in your car for emergencies. By law, most regions allow cell phones to dial emergency services free of charge even if the cell phone does not currently have service with a wireless provider.
Sign up for an Internet phone service such as Skype, Vonage, or Google Voice, which are applications that allow you to make phone calls using the Internet.
5. Replace your cell phone with other physical objects.
This can be helpful if you are familiar with the weight or feel of the cell phone in your purse or pocket, or if you used your cell phone for purposes such as taking notes.
Carry a portable music player, notepad, book, or similar object to take the place of your cell phone.
6. Make detailed plans ahead of time with friends and family.
With a cell phone, you may have had the ability to make plans on the road, or call your friends to arrange a meeting place after arriving at your destination. Without a cell phone, you will need to make more specific plans in advance.
Determine the exact times and meeting places for appointments, get-togethers, and meetings when you have plans to meet friends, family members, or business colleagues.
7. Inform your contacts about your new system for getting in touch.
This can prevent your acquaintances from becoming frustrated, angry, or perplexed when they are unable to reach you, and can also prevent your loved ones from worrying about your well-being.
Provide your acquaintances with information regarding the best methods for reaching you, whether it be at your email address, or during specific times at a landline telephone. Some landline service providers allow text messages to delivered in voice format to their landlines, your friends can use that if you are unreachable.
8. Replace extracurricular cell phone time with other activities.
For example, if your daily ritual was playing games on your phone or texting during your lunch hour, then read a book or magazine, or listen to music instead.
9. Dedicate the time you spent on your cell phone to activities that improve your self-worth.
This practice can be an ideal way to mentally cope without a cell phone in a positive manner. For example, apply the time you normally spent on a cell phone to going to the gym, educating yourself, or spending more time with your family.
Try all these step and you will know how wonderful life is.. sooo

Look Up - A Poem That Will Inspire You to Put Down Your Smartphone
another video for you.. :)
this video will make you think how important eye contact, face to face communication..
hope this video will make you realize...
so PUT IT DOWN
Put Your Phone Down - Music Video [HD]
There is a video that we want to share with you.
From this video we can see the reality of life, where people nowadays are more into their smart phone and ignore people around them.
I wonder if in Malaysia there are some community who are care about this issue? As we can see in other country they already have their own effort to make people realize to put their device and start facing others. Nowadays face to face communication is not important. Why? oh yes! we have our own smart phone! we didn't call them smart phone if it can't connect us with others and provide us with lots of applications. People are more prefer to communicate with others through social media. Yes, social media is one of the factor where people are not communicate properly in face to face. Before the existing of the smart phone, we only go to the social media through our personal computer, laptop or worst in cyber café. Yeah I still remember during I'm still in secondary school I always go to cyber café to online facebook. Today, we can online 24 hours unless you internet connection is not available. so what I'm going to portray here is smart phone limit our face to face communication.
According to Holmes E. 2013 The post office, grocery stores, gift shops, doctor’s offices, local MVD, banks, and many other businesses now typically display this sign because humans won’t put their phones down. It seems as though humans are incapable of going anywhere or doing anything without their phones attached to their heads or under frantically moving fingertips.
Who know with this little things might help to give awareness to people. I didn't reject 100% the idea of the invention of smart phone, but the usage of it should be balance between the reality and fantasy. why I'm saying communicate through smart phone is fantasy, it is because of we don't even know with who we are dealing with. Everyday we have a friend request from strangers. and they become our new friend. So what happened with our reality friends? Our friends who growth up together with us? So my advise

The Objective of this Campaign
The campaign is
to enhance more face-to-face communication among youth. The campaign aiming for
the change among youth so that they interact more with each other through
several channels and using the richness of the non verbal cue that can’t be
portrayed through computer-mediated communication (CMC). A non-verbal cue
refers to the tone of the voice, body language, facial expression, and as well
volume of the conversation, which all cannot be noticed through texts and
fonts.
Next objective is that this campaign
helps build an effective communication and interpersonal skills among youth.
Effective communication in this context refers to the successfulness of sending
the means of the message by the sender, and the receiver are enabled to
interpret the message being sent, and are able to decode it having the same
meaning as what the sender means. It shows that means of the message are well
distributed without any disturbance that may lead to confusion.
The third objective of this campaign
is to educate the youth that they did not to be too dependable on their gadget.
History had proven that human races are able to live without the existence of
gadget, long before time. Hence, we want the youth to stop clinging onto their
devices, even when there are people around them that they can communicate with,
whom they can join in with brilliant talks and conversation that could lighten
up ideas that hold the potential to greatness.
